I bought this for my 3yo. The "magnet" is not actually a magnet. It's a piece of plastic the looks like a magnet. He isn't really interested in using the magnet attachment. Maybe he would if it actually worked. The grappler doesn't really stay attached. it does pick up some things, but if they're too heavy forget it! Also, the tracks are always coming off.
