It is in every aspect, underneath, a Grasshopper and vise versa.
Very fun to drive, affordable and makes you reminice of the 1980s when life was much simpler and all you had to worry about was not getting your fingers burned by the hot ceramic resistors of your R/C after each race.
Sure the RC10 dominated the tracks but there were us, the masses who ran with mid to high-end Tamiyas who almost always end up losing to Team Associated. Either our Tamiyas were sturdy but heavy, light but tips over or just plain stock.
Nevertheless, the Hornet was one R/C i wanted to have. I didnt want my Grasshopper lonely, so i wanted to get one...which my dad didnt allow to happen. But now, i have one.
