We have been looking for rc toys for our 4 & 6 year old sons FOREVER. We have gone through a series of slow moving and really lame ones. THESE ARE AWESOME.
PROS
1. They work
2. They transform from vehicle to robot
3. They shoot harmless suction cup "bullets"
4. They have 3 different frequencies so they can be played with at the same time. Yes, the boys delight in switching frequencies and controlling the other brothers car-ticking off the one who is no longer in. Control of their car.
5. They work even though the antennae may be broken off (of course this happened with young boys)
6. They are fast
CONS
1. They eat up batteries and are not rechargeable
2. They are expensive for a toy for 4 & 6 year olds- but worth it if you add up all the cheap toys they do not play with. These were first out of the box at Christmas and have Been played with a lot.
