Purchased this AFX Giant Raceway set just yesterday. Talk about fun, not only did I enjoy it (I am 42) my children (10 and 13) did as well. Took about 45 min to assemble the full 62 feet of track (don't forget the guardrails) and we were racing. Power supply has 3 settings (beginner, medium, and expert) to control the power/speed of the cars. If you ever had a slot car set as a child, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this toy. Properly cared for this will last over 20 years. I played with my old one about twice a year and it still worked ok. It was just time for an upgrade. These sets are much cheaper to buy than individual track/car/power pieces. Enjoy and take yourself back in time. Track takes up an 8x4 area.
