This fire truck was our second fagus truck. It packs much more play value than the basic unimog truck but maintains the same quality. There is a whole crew of firefighters that work with the other trucks and can be used in any number of other ways. The ladder is the best part, according to the kids who have played with it. It goes down flat against the top then has a piece underneath that holds it up at an angle. From there the two extension pieces can be pulled out and the whole thing can be rotated. The ladder is held up with simple wooden pegs that hold it securely. It's balanced enough that it does not tip over when the ladder is fully extended and pointed away from the front but in that position only a small push will tip it over.
